MusicMindset was founded with a clear purpose:
to revolutionize the way music is learned and experienced
Our journey began with the belief that music education should go beyond traditional methods. Guided by a passion for fostering growth, autonomy, and enjoyment, we have set out to create an enriching environment where students embark on a musical exploration that is as unique as they are.

MusicMindset Approach
-
Start from student’s goals
Incorporate student’s choice throughout the process
Create an individualized learning plan
Focus on how each student learns and understands
-
Create a fun and comfortable learning environment for students to feel completely themselves
Work with student’s favourite artists, songs, and music genres
Celebrate achievements, big or small
We take having fun very seriously!
-
Explore students’ limiting beliefs about themselves
Prioritize progress over perfection
Accept failure as important to learning
Challenge students to explore the edges of their comfort zone
-
Equip students with the tools to “teach themselves” over time
Support with mindful practice and self-reflection
Build student’s understanding of musical concepts through guided self-exploration

Supported by a diverse background in music education and community engagement, Maxime fosters an environment that empowers students to wholeheartedly embrace their musical journey.
