    - Must be used within 14 weeks. Usually bi-weekly

Complete Term

  • $816 ($68 per lesson, 15% off full price)

  • 12 lessons
    - Generally every week (except summer, winter holiday, and occasional days off)

Policies

Life happens… these policies are designed to provide clear guidelines, promote mutual respect, and maintain a seamless flow of communication.

    1. Payment is due 48 hours before the lesson.

    2. If you signed up for the Starter Package or Complete Term, you can pay the full amount before the first lesson. If this is not possible, Maxime will be happy to talk through another payment plan with you.

    3. Invoices will be provided via email after the lesson is booked.

    4. Please E-transfer maxime.musicmindset@gmail.com. If this is not possible, cash or cheque can also be accepted.

    5. Lesson fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    1. If you give more than 7 days notice, the lesson can be rescheduled at the convenience of both parties.

    2. If you give more than 24 hours notice (1-6 days), we will try to reschedule the lesson within the following 7 days. Maxime has reserved some times for these make-up lessons. If no time is available, you will be charged and no replacement lesson will be provided.

    3. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged and no replacement lesson will be provided.

    1. Maxime will notify you as soon as he can, and will try to reschedule the lesson in the earliest time slot that works for you.

    2. You will obviously not be charged for the missed lesson.

    1. Respect
      We treat each other with kindness, patience, and understanding. We respect different viewpoints, experiences, and perspectives.

    2. Timeliness
      To make the most of our time together, and to respect the time of other students, please try to arrive 5 min early. If you are late, we cannot extend the time beyond our end time.

    3. Communication

      Please notify me in advance with any circumstances that may cause lateness or cancellations (see more under “What if you can’t attend the lesson?”).

    4. Trust and Honesty

      My goal is to create a trusting environment where you feel you can be totally yourself and where you feel free to bring up any questions, concerns, and ideas you may have.

    5. Participation

      Engage actively in lessons, discussions, and activities. Your involvement and enthusiasm contribute to a powerful and enjoyable learning experience.

    6. Practice
      Do your best to dedicate regular time to practicing between lessons. Consistent effort is the most effective way to grow musically, and improvement will in turn encourage more practicing.

    7. Openness to Growth
      Embrace a growth mindset, valuing challenges and understanding that mistakes are part of learning. Try your best to stay open to trying new things and exploring the edges of your comfort zone.
